Just a little over three weeks ago, the newly initiated JSA Stoughton Chapter attended Spring State, its first last overnight convention of the season that took place in Stamford, Connecticut with over 700 other Northeast Junior Statesmen.

Around this time last year, I sat in Stoughton High School's chilly auditorium with total amazement at the SHS's production of the Sound of Music. Despite having no singing skills whatsoever and “relatively good” dancing skills, I proclaimed that I wanted to be a part of the magic that I witnessed in a little less than 90 minutes for next year.
