We've seen the hazards of our sports facilities in the past and now they have appeared once again. This year, the tennis courts depict potential danger for Stoughton High School athletes.

In Massachusetts, the state average regarding the topic of obesity is 34.3%. The more astonishing factor is that Stoughton’s percentage equals out to 38.7%, which is above state average.

Due to the increasing percentage of children that are over weight, childhood obesity has become a reoccurring issue that affects our nation. Studies show that approximately 80% of children who are over weight will be obese later on in life.
